Provide Copy of the syllabus of the research methodology course work. Provide Constitution of the ethics committee and its proceedings approved by the appropriate body

Provide List of faculty along with the names of the research scholars during the assessment period. Provide Copy of the letter received / sent to the affiliating University regarding registration of students in the institution.

Provide Web-link provided by institution in the template which redirects to the journal webpage published in UGC notified list.

Provide Cover page, content page and first page of (Books/chapters's name) with ISBN numbers, title, author, Department/ School/ Division/ Centre/ Unit/ Cell, name and year of publication.

Provide Audited statements of accounts indicating the revenue generated through consultancy and corporate training. Provide CA certified copy attested by head of the institute

Provide Audited statement highlighting the items on expenditure on developing facilities, training teachers and staff for undertaking consultancy year wise. Provide CA certified copy attested by the Head of the Institution for all the years during the assessment period.

Provide e-copy of the award letters Provide Any supporting document in relevance to the metric.

Provide Geo tagged Photographs and any other supporting document of relevance should have proper captions and dates.

Provide Detailed report for each program extension and outreach program to be made available, with specific mention of number of students participated and collaborating agency.

Provide Copies of collaboration/related documents indicating the nature of collaboration and activities year-wise

Provide List of activities conducted under each MoU alongwith dates of starting and completion year-wise signed by both parties. Provide e-copy of the MOUs with other institutions.
