LIBRARY CIRCULATION PROCEDURES

Resources Allowed for Students and Staff Members

• PG Students: up to 8 Books along with 1 CD for 15 days.
• UG Students: up to 6 Books along with 1 CD for 15 days.
• Book Bank Members (SC/ST Students): 12 Books for a time period of 6 months.
• HOD’s & Professors: up to 10 Books along with 1 CD for 6months.
• Teaching Faculties: up to 8 Books along with 1 CD for 6 months.
• Non – Teaching Faculties: up to 2 Books along with 1 CD for 1 month.

How to borrow Library materials?

• Current valid Student ID must be presented at the time of checkout.
• Items may be renewed in person for further 14 days.
• The overdue for an item per day is 2 Rupee.
• A book can be renewed only once and two books can be reserved for future.
• Media items (Includes CDs, Floppies, Audios &Videos) can be checked out for 1 day to all user.
