The Department of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science successfully conducted an industrial visit to Fort Forge for third-year students,in association with Institution's Innovation Council(IIC).This visit aimed to provide students with hands-on exposure to the practical applications of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Industrial Automation, and Mechatronics in a real-world manufacturing environment.

The Department of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science has successfully organized an “Innovation Idea Pitching Competition” to encourage student creativity and thinking. The event was featuring an insightful session by Mr. Mohamad Eshan,who served as the guest speaker and evaluator for the event.To set thetone for the session,Dr. G. Shanmugapriya, Head of the Department of AI&DS, delivered the welcome address and provided an insightful introduction to the goals of the program.
The event concluded with the distribution of prizes to the winning teams, celebrating their hard work and innovative thinking.The session concluded with a heartfelt conclusion speech delivered by the students, expressing their gratitude to the guest speaker, organizers, and faculty for providing an enriching and inspiring experience.
