Centre of Excellence in Embedded systems & IoT Technologies
The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering has established a Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Embedded Systems and IoT Technologies.
The laboratory is equipped with high-performance Intel i7 processor systems and advanced development boards such as Arduino, Raspberry Pi 4, and ESP8266. It also includes Wi-Fi, GPS, GSM modules, various sensors and actuators, Micro SD cards, FDDI support, and Micro USB connectivity.
The centre houses 35 dedicated, highly configured computers with LAN connectivity, supported by high-speed internet access, creating a professional and industry-oriented learning environment.
This unique platform enables students to refine their software, hardware, and core technical skills, producing certified professionals equipped with competitive competencies required to meet evolving industry demands.
